1. Definitions

• "Service" means the website teamsadda.com and all eBooks, content, and services provided through it.
• "We," "us," "our" refers to Teamsadda, the operator of the Service.
• "You," "your," "user" refers to any individual who accesses the Service or purchases an eBook.
• "eBook" means any digital book or content product offered for sale on the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to make a purchase on Teamsadda. By placing an order, you represent that you are of legal age and have the authority to enter into this agreement.

3. Purchase & Delivery

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise stated and are inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law.
• Payment is processed by PayU, our payment gateway. Once payment is confirmed, a unique download link is sent to your registered email address.
• Download links are valid for 7 days and 5 download attempts. After that, you may request a fresh link by contacting support.
• It is your responsibility to provide an accurate, working email address. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect email addresses, full inboxes, spam filters, or your email provider.

4. License & Permitted Use

When you purchase an eBook, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to:

• Download and store the PDF on devices you personally own;
• Read the eBook for personal, non-commercial use;
• Print one copy for your personal reference.

5. Restrictions

You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, lend, or otherwise distribute the eBook to any third party;
• Upload the eBook to file-sharing networks, public cloud storage with public links, torrents, or any platform that allows redistribution;
• Reproduce substantial portions of the eBook in your own works, blog posts, courses, or commercial products without prior written permission;
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or attribution notices;
• Use the eBook to train machine learning models or generate derivative AI content;
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.

Violations may result in revocation of your license, account suspension, and legal action where appropriate.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Teamsadda — including eBooks, text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Teamsadda or its content authors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your purchase grants you a license, not ownership.

7. Pricing & Promotions

We may change prices, run promotions, or discontinue eBooks at any time without prior notice. Once your order is confirmed at a given price, that price applies to your purchase regardless of subsequent changes. Promotional pricing is valid only for the period stated and cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly mentioned.

8. Refunds

Because eBooks are digital products delivered instantly, we do not offer refunds. Please review our full Refund Policy for details and limited exceptions.

9. Disclaimers

The eBooks and all content on the Service are provided "as is" for informational and educational purposes. While we put significant effort into accuracy and quality:

• We make no warranty that the content is error-free, complete, or up-to-date with the latest tool versions;
• You are responsible for testing any code, configuration, or commands shown in our eBooks before applying them in production environments;
• We are not liable for outages, data loss, security incidents, or other harms resulting from your use of techniques described in our content.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service or any eBook is limited to the amount you paid for the eBook in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites and tools (e.g., PayU, hosting providers, official documentation of DevOps tools). We are not responsible for the content, terms, or practices of those third parties. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms.
