How do I receive the eBook after I pay?
As soon as your payment is confirmed by PayU, we automatically email a secure download link to the address you used at checkout. The link is usually delivered within 30 seconds. If you don't see it, check your spam folder, then email us at bsuresh@teamsadda.com.
What format are the eBooks in?
All eBooks are PDF files, optimized for both screen reading and printing. They open in any PDF reader on Windows, Mac, Linux, iOS, or Android.
Can I read the eBooks on Kindle or other e-readers?
Yes. The PDFs work on Kindle, Kobo, and similar devices, though they're designed primarily for tablets, laptops, and phones where code samples render best.
Is there a refund policy?
Because eBooks are digital products delivered instantly, we do not offer refunds once the download link has been issued. Please review the book description, table of contents, and any preview content before purchasing. See our full Refund Policy for details.
Can I share the eBook with my team?
A single purchase is licensed for one reader. If you'd like a team license — sharing within a company or department — email us at bsuresh@teamsadda.com and we'll send a custom quote.
Will I get future updates?
Yes. When we update an eBook for new tool versions or significant new content, existing buyers receive the updated PDF for free at the email address used during purchase.
What payment methods do you accept?
We use PayU as our payment gateway, which supports credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and most popular Indian wallets. International cards are also supported.
Is the payment secure?
Yes. All payments are processed by PayU on encrypted, PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure. We never see or store your card or banking details.
My download link expired. What do I do?
Download links expire after 7 days or 5 downloads for security. If you need access again, just email bsuresh@teamsadda.com with your order ID and we'll issue a fresh link.
Do you offer discounts for bundles or students?
Bundle discounts are listed on the Shop page from time to time. For verified students, drop us an email with proof of enrollment and we'll send a discount code.
Can I get an invoice / GST receipt?
Yes. After purchase, email us your order ID and GSTIN (if applicable) at bsuresh@teamsadda.com and we'll send a proper tax invoice.
