Refund Policy

Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase.

1. No Refunds on Digital Products

All eBooks sold on Teamsadda are digital products delivered electronically as PDF files. Because the content can be downloaded, copied, and retained immediately upon purchase, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once payment has been processed and the download link has been issued.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing a digital good and waive any right to a refund.

2. Why We Have This Policy

Unlike physical goods, a digital eBook cannot be "returned" once it has been delivered β€” the buyer always retains a copy. To protect our authors' work and keep our pricing fair for everyone, we have adopted a strict no-refund policy. We encourage you to:

  • Read the book description, table of contents, and preview content carefully on the product page.
  • Review reader testimonials.
  • Email us at bsuresh@teamsadda.com with any questions before purchasing.

3. Exceptions

Although our standard policy is no-refund, we will consider replacements (not refunds) in the following limited circumstances:

  • File corruption or technical fault. If the PDF file is genuinely corrupted or unreadable due to a fault on our end, we will send a replacement file at no charge.
  • Wrong product delivered. If the system delivers a different eBook from the one you purchased, we will send the correct file immediately.
  • Duplicate accidental purchase. If you accidentally purchased the same eBook twice within 24 hours, contact us with both order IDs and we will refund the duplicate.

To request consideration under these exceptions, email bsuresh@teamsadda.com with your order ID, the email used at checkout, and a clear description of the issue. Replacements will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

4. Failed Payments & Duplicate Charges

If your card was charged but you did not receive a download link, this is almost always a temporary delay. Please:

  1. Wait 10 minutes and check your spam folder.
  2. If still missing, email us at bsuresh@teamsadda.com with your transaction ID from PayU.
  3. If the payment was authorized but the order failed on our end, PayU will reverse the charge automatically within 5–7 business days. We do not need to be involved in that process.

5. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback through your bank without first contacting us is considered a violation of these terms. We always prefer to resolve issues directly and quickly. If you have a problem, please email us first β€” we are responsive and reasonable.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use of teamsadda.com after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
